Locations
The executive offices of the Company are located at Suite 200, 926 West Sprague Ave., Spokane, Washington 99201. The Company employs 15 people in the United States and approximately 75 in its offices in Venezuela of which approximately 40 are located at the Brisas property. The Company manages the day-to-day activities of its Venezuelan operations from its offices in Caracas and Puerto Ordaz.
The Brisas property, the Company’s principal asset, is located in the KM 88 mining district of Bolivar State in southeastern Venezuela. The Brisas property is located directly south of and contiguous to the Las Cristinas property.
