The Company also owns a 47% interest in Great Basin Energies, Inc., a Washington corporation, and MGC Ventures, Inc., also a Washington corporation. Great Basin Energies, Inc. and MGC Ventures, Inc. each hold approximately $1 million in cash. For financial statement purposes, both of these corporations are consolidated with the Company. Neither Great Basin nor MGC Ventures is currently engaged in operations, although both corporations are seeking to identify and acquire income-producing assets. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
